🏢 Locations & Operators

Everything about adding and managing your location, your account, plans, and support from the MEG Group.

General

What is InfiniVent?

InfiniVent is a European platform that brings event organizers and event locations together. Organizers search for suitable locations free of charge and without an account, compare profiles, and send enquiries directly to the operators.

Who is InfiniVent for?

InfiniVent is aimed at two groups: organizers who want to search for and enquire about locations free of charge, and professional location operators who present their location on the platform with a plan.

Add a listing

How can I add my location to InfiniVent?

Via “Add a listing” you start the listing assistant. You enter your location step by step – from description and images to amenities and details – and can save your draft at any time and continue later. After you submit it, our moderation reviews the entry.

What information and images are required?

At minimum, a name and a description of 200 characters or more are required. In addition, you enter the location type, event types and target groups, rooms and spaces, surroundings, images, and amenities and details.

How is my location published?

After you submit it, our moderation reviews the entry. Once approved, your location is visible in search and can be found via the “Verified” filter.

Can I change my data later?

Yes. In the dashboard you can edit your locations at any time. You save changes as a draft and submit them again for review.

My location / existing entry

What should I do if my location already exists on InfiniVent?

Many locations were adopted from public data and are not yet assigned to an operator. If your location already exists, you'll see the “My location” notice or the “Claim entry” button on the location page.

What does “My location” / “Claim entry” mean?

“Claim entry” takes you into the existing listing process: you create your operator details, adopt your location's information in the listing assistant, and then choose a plan. There is no separate claim workflow.

What data can I manage as an operator?

In the dashboard you manage your provider, your locations, incoming enquiries, and your contract and plan. You can also maintain your availability and view the verification status of your contact details.

Account & Login

How do I register?

There is no password-based registration: you start the listing assistant or the operator login with your email address and receive a login link by email (Magic Link). Your account is active after your first login.

How does login via Magic Link work?

You enter your email address and receive a one-time login link (Magic Link) by email. With one click on the link you are signed in – no password is needed.

How long is the Magic Link valid?

The link is valid for 60 minutes. After that, you can request a new link at any time.

Data, Images & AI

What data is displayed on my location?

The public location page displays the information you maintain: name, description, location type, event types and target groups, rooms and spaces, surroundings, images, and amenities and details – plus contact details, the map view, and reviews, if any.

Can I change images and descriptions?

Yes. In the dashboard you can change images and descriptions at any time, save them as a draft, and submit them again for review.

How are AI-generated content and AI assistance handled?

When uploading media, operators must state whether it is AI-generated; this declaration is mandatory in the listing process.

Enquiries & Availability

How do operators receive enquiries?

Enquiries from interested parties are forwarded directly to you: they appear in your dashboard and are additionally delivered to you by email.

How does an enquiry from an interested party work?

Interested parties send an enquiry via the location profile with event details (date, time, number of guests, event type, requirements) and their contact details. The enquiry is forwarded directly to the operator.

Can I maintain my availability or my status?

Yes. In the dashboard you can maintain your availability, for example by blocking or releasing periods. In the enquiry form, interested parties see a notice when a period is unavailable.

What happens after an enquiry?

The interested party receives a confirmation of their enquiry, and the enquiry is forwarded directly to you. You reply to the interested party directly. The MEG Group only contacts interested parties if they explicitly consented when submitting the enquiry.

Plans, Payment & Contract

What plans are available?

There are four plans: Community (€9.90), Start (€19.90), Professional (€29.90) and Premium (€49.90) – each net per month. You'll find more details on the plans page.

What does InfiniVent cost?

Searching is free for organizers. Operators choose one of four plans between €9.90 and €49.90 net per month; annual billing equals twelve monthly prices. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.

Can I pay monthly or annually?

Yes. When you sign up, you choose the billing cycle – monthly or annually (12 × monthly price). Payment is processed via our payment provider Stripe.

How long is the contract term?

The minimum term is 24 months. After that, the contract renews automatically unless cancelled in good time. The details are governed by the Terms & Conditions.

How does the contract renew?

After the minimum term ends, the contract renews automatically unless cancelled in good time. You'll find the exact provisions in the Terms & Conditions.

How can I cancel?

Cancellation is made in text form. Deadlines and further details are governed by the Terms & Conditions.

How are VAT and EU reverse charge handled?

All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT. For operators from other EU countries, the reverse charge procedure may apply if a valid, VIES-verified VAT identification number is available; details are governed by the Terms & Conditions.

What does “Verified” mean?

“Verified” is a filter in the location search. It shows entries that have been reviewed and approved by our moderation. There is currently no special marking on the map or on the detail page.

What do reviews and “Verified review from a real enquiry” mean?

Reviews on InfiniVent are created exclusively from real enquiries and are reviewed by our moderation. Approved reviews carry the notice “Verified review from a real enquiry”.
